Responsibilities:
Managing general ledger and subsidiary ledgers for multiple entities
Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
Preparing annual tax declarations and assessing tax implications with external advisors
Executing payments and ensure accurate postings
Compiling monthly financial statements and related reports
Filing VAT returns and summary reports on time
Assisting with annual financial statements under HGB and IFRS
Creating and maintaining transfer pricing documentation
Processing travel expense reports
Participating in the annual budgeting process
Collaborating closely with management on accounting and reporting matters Help improve and digitize financial processes
Qualification:
Commercial qualification or degree in Business Administration; certification as a Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d) preferred 5+ years of finance experience in an international B2B environment
Knowledge of SAP HANA, ideally with hands-on experience
Strong MS Office skills
Firm grasp of numbers and a precise, structured way of working
Excellent organizational abilities, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
Team-oriented mindset and the drive to take initiative and ownership
Pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving problems
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
