VINcoSIM is a web-based tool for calculating junction temperatures and power losses based on real measurements taken of each Vincotech power module. Operating parameters such as voltage, current, and switching frequency can be defined to capture the given use case’s actual conditions.

VINcoSIM uses a unique simulation core that supports all modules across all topologies. The architecture also makes it easy to add new modules and extend simulation methods.

PLECS onboard
Vincotech put together a PLECS library of functional topologies for reconstructing power modules. VINcoSIM uses the same topology models as PLECS, ensuring consistent simulation results across both platforms.
