HR Controlling & Total Reward Specialist

Responsibilities:
Design and run HR controlling processes, including workforce cost analysis and productivity metrics
Measure, monitor, and continuously improve HR performance indicators across the organization
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR analytics reports for management
Support strategic HR and business initiatives with analysis-based insights
Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s compensation and benefits strategy in line with market practices and business goals
Maintain and further develop the salary structure, grading system, and job evaluation frameworks
Guide salary review cycles and merit increase frameworks
Qualification:
Fluent English skills
Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
A data-driven mindset and curiosity for analytical work
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR controlling, compensation & benefits, or finance/business controlling with HR exposure
