Responsibilities:

  • Design and run HR controlling processes, including workforce cost analysis and productivity metrics

  • Measure, monitor, and continuously improve HR performance indicators across the organization

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR analytics reports for management

  • Support strategic HR and business initiatives with analysis-based insights

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine the company’s compensation and benefits strategy in line with market practices and business goals

  • Maintain and further develop the salary structure, grading system, and job evaluation frameworks

  • Guide salary review cycles and merit increase frameworks

Qualification:

  • Fluent English skills

  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • A data-driven mindset and curiosity for analytical work

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR controlling, compensation & benefits, or finance/business controlling with HR exposure
